REDD

TFCG is actively involved in REDD (Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and forest Degradation) readiness activities in Tanzania.

Two of the REDD projects that TFCG is / has been implementing are:

• Making REDD work for communities and forest conservation in Tanzania

• Improving management effectiveness to enhance carbon storage in the protected area network on the Eastern Arc Mountains of Tanzania
